Standard licence from €790/month.

You don't have a dashboard problem. You have a spreadsheet problem.
In our experience, Irish food makers run their factory on an accounts package, a stack of Excel sheets, and one person who knows where everything lives. Keystone is the production layer in between — purpose-built for batch traceability, QC and dispatch.

Features
Every module. Unlocked. From day one.
No tier games. No "upgrade for traceability." Standard licence customers get the same software the founding partner runs in production every Tuesday morning.
01 — Operations dashboard
Live counts of what needs to dispatch today, what's on hold in QC, what's overdue, what just shipped. Built for the production manager who has 30 seconds before the next call.
- Today / This week / Overdue tiles, real-time
- Drill-down on every number — no exports, no spreadsheet round-trips
- Customer-specific dashboards for QA / sales / accounts
02 — Weekly production planner
Drag-and-drop batches across the week. See capacity, customer commitments, ageing, and short-dated stock in one view. Lock the week, send to production, done.
- Capacity vs. commitment per day, per line
- Auto-flag conflicts: insufficient milk, no QC slot, ageing breach
- One-click "lock and dispatch" workflow
03 — Batch traceability (forward + backward)
Every dispatch line carries the full batch chain back to the milk delivery, and forward to every customer it touched. Trace lookups in seconds — built to support FSAI / BRCGS Issue 9 §5.4 evidence in real time.
- Upstream: which suppliers, which milk, which day, which silo
- Downstream: which customers, which dispatches, which retailer branches
- Full chain export to PDF / CSV for regulators
04 — Retailer-ready dispatch notes & COAs
Generate dispatch notes, certificates of analysis and pallet labels formatted exactly the way your customers expect. Email straight from the system. Audit log on every send.
- Customer-specific PDF templates (Tesco, Lidl, M&S, SuperValu, Centra, SPAR, Musgrave)
- Auto-attach COA per batch with weight, pH, salt, moisture
- Multi-pallet labels, custom layouts via the Designer
05 — Customer SKU mapping
Every customer has its own private codes. Keystone maps them automatically to your internal product catalogue, so your team never has to translate between "TES-FBWHL14-742" and "1.4 kg blue wheel."
- Bulk import from supplier specs / EDI catalogues
- Per-customer code + label + cobranding variant
- One-click trace by customer SKU
06 — Built for audits
Full audit trail on every change. Designed to support FSAI, HACCP and BRCGS traceability workflows. Drop a 12-month report into a regulator's hands without breaking a sweat.
- Immutable audit log: who changed what, when, why
- Rotating retention with cryptographic record signing
- One-click compliance report bundles
07 — Operations integrations
Sage, QuickBooks, Xero on the accounts side; retailer EDI on the customer side; FTP backup, S3 archival, SMTP email on the infra side. Everything is API-first and documented.
Self-qualify
Best fit for.
Keystone is purpose-built for batch-based food production with retailer or foodservice customers. If you're on this list — we'll fit. If you're not — we'll be honest and say so.
- Dairies & cheesemakers — batch-based, ageing windows, multi-customer SKU codes, retailer dispatch.
- Bakeries — short shelf life, frequent dispatch waves, allergen control, retailer/foodservice mix.
- Meat processors — forward & backward traceability, supplier locking, COA per batch.
- Prepared food manufacturers — multi-component recipes, customer SKU mapping, retailer pallet labels.
- Food wholesalers with batch traceability needs — batch-tracked stock, customer codes, dispatch + EDI.
- Producers supplying retailers / foodservice — Tesco, Lidl, M&S, SuperValu, Centra, SPAR, Musgrave — formatted notes & labels.

About CloudVoro
Ireland's boutique software venture studio.
CloudVoro (Ireland) is the venture studio that builds Keystone. We're a sister company to Intellix IT Solutions (UK) — bringing 15+ years of enterprise IT discipline to projects most ERPs would refuse to take on.
We build systems that work exactly how your business operates — not generic software that forces you to operate around it. Our focus is food manufacturing traceability and the production-layer software that sits between your accounts package and the floor.
The founder — Asif Khan
Founder, Keystone & CloudVoro (Ireland) · Director & Principal Consultant, Intellix IT Solutions (UK) · MSc, Maynooth University · Professional Member BCS · Member ICS · Member ADPO Ireland · Member IMCA · Member HISI
I'm Director & Principal Consultant at Intellix IT Solutions (UK), founder of CloudVoro (Ireland), and the person who built Keystone. Over the last 15+ years I've delivered enterprise-grade IT across hospitality, food manufacturing, healthcare and defence — same playbook every time: cut the friction, harden the ops, then get out of the way.
Keystone exists because I kept watching brilliant Irish operators run on spreadsheets, paying €40k+ for ERPs that didn't fit, and being told "that's just how it is." You'll deal with me directly. No SDR funnel. No ticket queue. If you want to phone the person who wrote the code, that's me.
