What dairy needs that generic ERPs miss

Raw milk is not a tin of beans.

A litre of milk delivered on Tuesday morning is not the same as a litre delivered Wednesday afternoon — different farm, different bulk tank, different fat profile, different antibiotic-residue clearance window. Do you support multi-farm deliveries on the same tanker?

Yes — a single tanker delivery can carry milk from multiple farms with per-farm volumes. The lineage stays intact for forward and backward trace.

What about antibiotic residue clearance windows?

Every supplier delivery carries a residue-clearance status. Until cleared, downstream batches block from dispatch. This is enforced, not advisory.

Can the FSAI auditor log in directly?

We provide a time-bound read-only auditor account with a documented audit trail of what they viewed. Most QA Managers prefer to drive the screen themselves, with the auditor watching.
