How we implement
No SDR funnel. No ticket queue. No offshore implementation team.
Most ERPs put you through a sales SDR, then a pre-sales engineer, then an implementation partner you've never met. Keystone doesn't. For the first 12 months, every customer is implemented and supported personally by Asif Khan — founder of CloudVoro, the person who wrote the code.

Proof points
In one glance.
- Two days on your floor in week 1 — mapping the existing workflow
- Direct phone line to the founder throughout implementation
- 30-day post-go-live hand-holding included as standard
- Pilots scoped to go live in 30 days — measured against our founding-customer benchmark
The 30-day plan
What actually happens.
- Week 1 — Discovery & data — Two days on your floor mapping the workflow. Three days importing 12 months of historical data from your existing system.
- Week 2 — Templates & codes — Per-customer dispatch templates, COA templates, customer SKU mapping configured. Walk-through with your QA Manager.
- Week 3 — Parallel running — Old system + Keystone side-by-side. Daily check-in calls. Issues triaged in hours, not days.
- Week 4 — Go-live — Full cut-over. Founder present (in person or on call) for the first three days of dispatches.
- Days 31–60 — Post-go-live — Daily check-ins drop to weekly. Direct line preserved. We are NOT done until you say we are.
Why founder-led
If the founder doesn't sweat the details, nobody will.
Software companies grow up by hiring implementation partners and pushing customer pain onto a different team. We're not there yet — and frankly, we like it that way. Asif has 15+ years cleaning up other people's IT failures. He sees every implementation. He owns every escalation. There's no second layer between you and the person who wrote the code.
FAQs
Frequently asked.
What about when CloudVoro grows?
When we hire implementation staff, founder-led remains for the founding cohort — and Asif personally trains and shadows every new hire for their first 12 months.
Do you offer remote-only implementations?
Yes for international customers. For Irish customers we strongly recommend at least two on-floor days — it changes everything.
What if my team doesn't want to learn a new system?
We've yet to meet a QA manager who didn't prefer Keystone to the spreadsheet they were spending two hours a day fighting. The hardest sells become the loudest evangelists.
What does post-go-live support look like?
Email support is included (business hours, 4-hour first response). Direct phone line to founder is available for the first 6 months. Beyond that, support is via email + scheduled calls.
