Dispatch & pallet labels

Dispatch notes & pallet labels
formatted exactly the way your retailer expects.

Every Irish multiple wants its dispatch note differently. Tesco wants the GLN here, Lidl wants the PO ref there, M&S wants the COA inline. Keystone holds per-customer templates and renders the correct format automatically — and logs every send for the audit folder.

  • Per-customer templates: Tesco, Lidl, M&S, SuperValu, Centra, SPAR, Musgrave, Aldi
  • Auto-attached COA per batch
  • Audit trail: when sent, to whom, which version
  • Pallet labels: SSCC-style or retailer-specific formats
Why this matters

A rejected dispatch costs more than the dispatch.

An incorrectly formatted dispatch note can hold a delivery at the goods-in dock for hours, costs you the trade, and risks the retailer relationship. Most producers have one person who knows every template, and that person is exactly the one who shouldn't be on holiday next week.

What you get

The right template, the first time, every time.

Template designer
Configure per-customer dispatch templates visually. Logo, fields, order of columns, signature block.
Per-batch COA
Auto-attached to each dispatch as a single PDF or separate file (customer preference).
Pallet labels
Multi-pallet runs supported. Custom layouts via the designer. SSCC-compliant where retailer demands.
Email audit
Every send logged with timestamp, recipient, version. Hash of the PDF stored.
EDI optional
For retailers running EDI, we configure as a scoped bolt-on.
FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

What about Aldi-specific or M&S-specific quirks?
Per-customer templates handle these. Aldi multi-branch dispatches, M&S COA-inline, SuperValu category-specific layouts — all configurable.
Can I customise pallet labels per pallet?
Yes — designer supports per-line, per-pallet, per-case customisation.
Does it integrate with my courier?
Manual upload to courier portals works out of the box. API integrations to DPD / FedEx / Mainfreight are scoped bolt-ons.
What if a retailer changes their template?
You update the template in the designer — no code change needed, no support ticket.
