Woche 1: Analyse & Daten

Zwei Tage bei Ihnen vor Ort zur Workflow-Erfassung. Drei Tage für den Import von 12 Monaten historischer Daten aus Ihrem bestehenden System.

Woche 2: Vorlagen & Codes

Kundenspezifische Versandvorlagen, COA-Vorlagen und die Zuordnung der Kunden-SKUs werden konfiguriert. Gemeinsamer Durchgang mit Ihrem QA-Manager.

Woche 3: Parallelbetrieb

Altes System und Keystone nebeneinander. Tägliche Check-ins. Probleme werden innerhalb von Stunden statt Tagen bearbeitet.

Woche 4: Go‑Live

Full cut-over. Our implementation lead present (in person or on call) for the first three days of dispatches.

Tage 31–60 nach Livegang

Tägliche Check‑ins werden auf wöchentliche reduziert. Die Direktleitung bleibt bestehen. Wir sind NICHT fertig, bis Sie es sagen.
